Ingredients: Vegetables of ur choice (Nendrabale, phgil, bread fruit, bitter gourd ets,), chilli powder, rice flour, hing water, salt and oil for deep frying
Method: Cut the vegetables in to 1/4 inch thick pieces. Wash. Apply salt, chilli powder and a few drops of hing water. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Roll the phodis in rice flour, one by one and deep frying in oil.
