Ingredients: 2 Cups cooked basumati or raw rice, 1 onion cut in to thin longish pieces, a small ginger piece, 4 green chillies, 4 garlic cloves, 1 cup chopped cabbage pieces, half cup chopped carrot, half cup chopped beans, half cup chopped capsicum, 2 spring onions, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsps refined oil, salt to taste, 1/4th tsp ajinomoto
Method: Grind together green chillies, ginger and garlic to a smooth paste without adding water. Cut spring onions into 2 inch long pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan, put chilli, ginger, garlic paste and stir for 5 minutes. Add onion and fry till it turns transparent. Add all vegetables, spring onion, ajinamoto and mix well. When veggies are slightly cooked, add soya sauce, salt to taste and mix. Lastly add rice and cook for 5 minutes on low heat and remove.
