Ingredients: 20 babycorn, 2 inch ginger piece, 10 garlic cloves,6 kashmiri red chillies (kumte chillies), 3 tbsps corn flour, 1 tsp sugar, oil for deep frying and salt to taste.
Method: Peel baby corn and then make pieces of 1 inch long. Wash them. Sprinkle 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar over the pieces and keep aside for 2 minutes. Grind garlic cloves, red chillies, and ginger piece to a smooth paste. Put this paste over the baby corn pieces and mix well. Then sprinkle corn flour and mix well. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, and fry the corn pieces till golden brown.
