Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour, salt to taste.
For mixing blend: 1 & 12 cup green peas cooked and mashed, half tsp cumin powder, 1 pinch ajwain powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste.
Method: Prepare a soft dough by mixing together half cup of water, salt and wheat flour. Keep the dough aside for 1/2 an hour. Then divide the dough in to big lemon size balls and roll them in to chapathis. Make small balls of the above blend, as many as chapathis. Keep each ball in the centre of the chapathi, cover it fully by bringing up the edges together and roll in to paratha. Roast both sides of the paratha in ghee.
