Ingredients: Besan 1 & 1/2 cup, methi leaves (finely chopped) 2 cups, green chillies 2 chopped, chilli powder 1 tbsp, Onion 1 chopped, salt 1 tsp, haldi powder 1 tsp.
Method: In a pan, add oil, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies. Then add onions, fry till light brown. Add methi leaves, saute till water evaporate. Add salt, haldi and chilli powder. Fry for 1 minute. Add besan, see to it no lumps in besan. Stir well, if very dry, add oil or few spoon water. Stir well. Cover lid. Cook in low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
