Ingredients: 2 cups chopped methi leaves, 1 tsp jeera, 1 onion chopped, 2 tomatoes,1 cup green peas, half cup fresh cream, 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp red chilli powder, oil and salt.
Method: Grind to a paste 6 green chillies, 4 tsps cashew nuts, 1 tbsp khuskhus, 1/2 inch piece ginger, 10 cloves garlic. In a pan heat oil. Add jeera, onions and saute till onions are transparent. Blend tomatoes, and add to the onions and cook till the mixture leaves the side of the pan. Add salt to the chopped methi, keep aside. Add the ground paste to the tomato mixture, mix well. Now add garam masala, red chilli powder, methi leaves, boiled peas and mix well. Add fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with chapathis or rotis.
