Ingredients: Gobi, 3/4 cup maida, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 tsp ajinomoto, 2 tbsps soya sauce, 3 tbsps tomato sauce, 2 tbsps oil, 2 tbsps finely chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Method: Make a paste of maida, cornflour and salt using water. Take a tsp of ginger and garlic paste, add it to the above paste. Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside. Heat oil in another pan, and add the chopped onions, the left ginger garlic paste and green chillies to it. Now mix ajinomoto, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it. Add fried gobi and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
