Ingredients: Sabudana 1 and a half cup, peanuts one fourth cup, green chillies 4, boiled potatoes 2, rice powder 3 tbsps, few coriander leaves, oil for frying and salt to taste.
Method: Wash sabudana 2-3 times and then soak in one cup of water for 3 to 4 hours. Roast peanuts and peel of the skin and then grind coarsely. Chop green chillies finely. Chop coriander leaves. Mix all the above items along with boiled potatoes. Add rice flour and mix it well, and make lime sized balls of the blend, flatten it and drop them gently in frying pan with hot oil. Deep fry 7-8 vadas at a time, till crisp.
