Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour, 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup ghee, 2 & 1/2 cups water, Cashew nuts
Method: Heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and stirring constantly in a medium flame. When its colour changes, add 2 & 1/2 cups of hot water and sugar, stirring contantly, till ghee reappears on the sides of the pan. Remove from flame. When it is cool, cut in to desired pieces. Decorated with cashew nuts and raisins.
