Seer Fish Fry

Ingredients: Seer fish 4 to 5 slices, 2 to 3 tbsps chilli powder, rice powder 3 tbsps, ani oil for frying, 1 pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp hing powder, (or hing water) & salt to taste.

Method: In a bowl, mix the chilli powder, turmeric, hing powder or hing water and salt. Apply this mixture on the cleaned fish. Marinate and keep it for half an hour. Heat oil. When it is very hot, roll each piece in rice powder and deep fry till crisp and remove.
