Ingredients: 2 cups cooked basmati rice, 1 cup palak paste, 4 tbsps oil, salt to taste.
For grinding: 1 onion, 8 garlic cloves, 5 green chillies, 10 cashew nuts, small piece ginger.
Method: Wash palak leaves. Put the leaves in a cooker container (do not add water) and pressure cook. When it is cool, grind to a smooth paste. Grind together all ingredients to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a frying pan. When hot, put the ground paste, fry and stir well for 5 minutes. Then add palak paste and salt. Mix and bring to a boil on medium flame. Add cooked rice, stir and mix carefully. Remove from flame.
