Ingredients: 1 cup hourse gram, 8 to 10 garlic cloves, 6 cup water, red chilies 3, 2 tbsps oil, salt to taste.
Method: Clean horse gram. Wash. Pressure cook it for 20 minutes, till soft. Decant watery portion on top & collect in a vessel. Add salt. Cook, bring to boil. Remove from flame. Season with red chili & garlic cloves in oil.
