Ingredients: 2 tsps coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp methi seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera), few curry leaves, 2 tomatoes, 3 green chillies, Jaggery (lemon size),Tamarind small bits, mustard seeds 1 tsp, few coriander leaves , 1 tbsp coconut gratings, 5 short red chilies & 3 kumte chilies & salt to taste.
Method: Fry coriander seeds, methi, cumin seeds, few curry leaves & red chilies in a little oil. Grind d above items & coconut gratings & tamarind in to a fine paste. Boil 2 cups of water, add chopped tomatoes green chilles, jaggery, & cook for 5 minutes. Add ground paste & salt. Bring in to boil. Remove from flame. Season with mustard & curry leaves. Add chopped coriander leaves.
