Ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1 tsp ajwain (carom) seeds, 1 onion chopped, 2 green chillies, butter, Salt to taste.
Method: Boil water in a pan and add palak. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes & cool. Grind coriander leaves, palak & green chillies to a fine paste. Take bowl, add in it wheat flour, ajwain,cumin, onion & palak paste, chilli powder,1 tbsp oil & salt. Mix well & knead it to a smooth dough. Make chapathis, fry with ghee. Serve palak parata with butter & curd.
