Ingredients: 3 big tomatoes, 2 tsps rasam powder, few coriander leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, 3 tsp oil and salt to taste.
Method: Wash tomatoes. Put in to mixie and collect juice. Add double d quantity of water, crushed garlic cloves and salt to taste. Add rasam powder and coriander leaves. Bring in to boil. Cook for few minutes. Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil. Remove from flame and cover vessel.
