Ingredients: 1 cup raw rice, half cup boild rice, half cup black gram dal, 1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seed & salt to taste

 Method: Soak rice, black gram dal and fenugreek seed together in water for 2 hours. Wash, grind to a fine paste. Add salt and keep aside, under cover, overnight. Next day. Next day prepare dosas, roasting on one side only. You can add half cup beaten rice and 2 tbsps coconut gratings instead of boiled rice.
