Ingredients: Bengal gram dal half cup, green gram dal half cup, tur dal one fourth cup, green gram one fourth cup, black gram dal half cup, raw rice half cup, red chillies 2, green chillies 2, turmeric 1 pinch, hing powder. half tsp and salt.
Method: Soak all the dal & rice together for 5 to 6 hours. Grind it along with chillies to a coarse paste. Now add salt, hing powder. & a pinch of turmeric. Make dosas. No need of fermentation. It should be thick pan cake. Top the batter with finely chopped onions & coriander leaves. Cook with both sides.
