Coriander Leaves Chutney

Ingredients: 1 bunch coriander leaves, 2 tbsps coconut gratings, 4 small green chillies, jaggery (lemon size),  few curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, tamarind pulp 1 tsp. ghee 2 tsps and salt to taste.

Method: Wash coriander leaves. Grind coconut gratings with green chillies, tamarind pulp, jaggery. Before taking out, mix coriander leaves, and grind for another few minutes. Add salt to taste. Season the chutney with mustard and curry leaves in ghee.
