Ingredients: 1 pav bombay rava, half litre curd, 3 green chillies, 1 small piece ginger, 4 tsps coconut gratings, few cashewnuts, few curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 5 to 6 tsps ghee & salt to taste.
Method: Chop ginger & green chillies finely. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with mustard & curry leaves in ghee, add chopped green chillies to it. Then mix rava & cashewnuts bits & roast for few minutes on a low flame. Remove from flame. When cool, transfer the roasted rava to a vessel. Prepare idli mix by adding coconut gratings, curds & a little salt to the rava & keep aside for half an hour. Rest of the method same as for plain idli.
