Ingredients: Bombay rava 2 cups, maida 1cup, rice flour 1 cup, jeera 1 tbsp, finely chopped green chillies 2 – 3, curry leaves few, finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp, ghee 1 tbsp & salt to taste.
Method: Mix bombay rava, maida & rice flour in 2 : 1 : 1 proportion. Add water and salt to make a thin batter of pouring consistency and allow it to stand for about 30 minutes. Prepare seasoning with jeera (preferably with ghee) and add chopped green chillies and curry leaves to it. Add this to the batter. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Spread batter to the tava very thin. Roast dosa only one side. Enjoy with coriander leaves chutney.
