Goli Bajje

Ingredients: 1 cup Maida, 1 tbsp Besan flour, 1/2 cup thick curds, 1 tsp sugar,
1/2 tsp soda, 3 Green chillies, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 cup water, salt to taste, oil to fry.

Method: Beat the curds to smooth paste , add salt & sugar, the soda powder to it. Add the maida slowly with Besan, mix well, add water. The batter must be of Idli batter consistency. Add the finely chopped ginger & green chillies. Keep aside for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Take a spoonful of batter and deep fry the Bhajje till light brown colour. Serve with chutney
