Ingredients: 8 mangoes (ordinary), 3 green chillies, 2 red chillies, 1 small ball jaggery, 2 tbsps maida, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 4 tsps oil, few curry leaves and salt.
Method: Wash mangoes. Peel and keep aside in a vessel. Extract juice and pour into vessel. Extract more juice and throw away the skin. Add jaggery, slit green chillies and a little salt to the mangoes. Cook mangoes and juice along with green chillies. Sieve maida, mix water and add to the mangoes. Stir well. Add desired quantity of water. Boil well. Remove from flame. Season with red chillies, mustard and curry leaves in oil.
