Ingredients: 1 pav black gram dal, 2 pav raw rice, 4 green chilies, 4 onion, few coriander leaves & salt to taste.
Method: Soak black gram dal and raw rice separately in water for 2 – 3 hours. Wash and grind black gram dal to a fine paste & transfer to a vessel. Then grind raw rice a bit coarsely. Add salt to it. Mix the black gram and raw rice. The batter mix should be thick. Keep it aside under cover over night. Next day prepare a mixture of green chilies, onion and coriander leaves, all of them chopped and kept aside. Spread the batter mix thickly on hot dosa pan, smeared with oil and roast for a while, then sprinkle some mixture all over the dosa. Turn it over and roast it. Serve with sambar or chutney.
