Ingredients: 6 potatoes, 3 red chilies, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 6 tbsps oil, salt to taste.
Method: Cut potatoes into thin slices or triangular shape. Apply salt and keep aside for 5 minutes. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with red chilly pieces and mustard in oil. Squeeze out water from slices and drop in pan.Turn over. Cook under cover for 2-3 minutes. Cook till brown, turning over occasionally. Remove from flame.
