Ingredients: Vegetables of your choice 3 cups, coconut gratings 3 cups, 5 green chillies, 2 tbsps ghee, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a few curry leaves & salt.
Method: Cut d vegetables of your choice into pieces of medium size. Wash & cook them in water. When half done, add split green chillies and salt. Extract juice from coconut gratings by grinding. Mix d coconut milk with cooked vegetables. Boil well. Remove from flame. Season with cumin seeds, mustard and curry leaves in ghee.
