Ingredients: 1 cup butter milk, 1/4 cup coconut gratings, 3 green chillies, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsps ghee, 1 tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves & salt.
Method: Grind coconut gratings, greenchillies, cumin seeds & turmeric in to a smooth paste. Add enough water to bring d kadi to desired consistency. Add salt. Boil. Then add buttermilk. Again bring to boil. Remove from flame. Season with mustard and curry leaves in ghee.
