Ingredients: 2 pav maida, 2 tbsps bengal gram flour, 2 tbsps wheat flour, 2 ripe banana, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsps sugar, 1/2 cup curd, salt, & oil for frying

Method: Sieve the flours separately & keep aside. Peel banana & mash it with, curds sugar, salt & baking soda in a bowl. First add bengal gram & then enough maida & wheat flour. Kneed well & make lump of d dough. Apply 2 tsps of oil to it & keep under cover for 4 to 5 hours. Then shape portions of the dough in to balls of big lime size, flatten them into small thick rounds. Flatten the balls to poori size & roast them on dosa pan (which is not greased) on both sides moderately and serve with daalitoy which goes well with them.
