Ingredients: 1 tsp oil, roast 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 2 tsps til, 2 tsps urad daal, littlle hing powder, 2 tbsps grated coconut, 5 kumte (long) chillies
Method: Grind all the above ingredients in to a fine paste. Boil finely chopped pineapple pieces with salt and water. When it is cooked add jaggery and masala, and make it boil. Season with mustard and curry leaves.
