Ingredients: 1 small cucumber, 1 & 1/2 pav bombay rava,1/2 pav wheat flour, 4 to 5 green chillies, 3 tsps sugar, 1/2 coconut gratings & salt to taste
Method: Skin cucumber. Discard its soft core. Grate on vegetable grater. Mix rava, wheat flour, coconut gratings, chopped green chillies, sugar & salt. Prepare dough as for bhakri adding a little water if necessary. Place dosa pan smeared with oil, and make doddaks using fingers. Roast both sides.
