Ingredients: Baby Corn1/4 kg, cheese 200 gms, onions 2, garlic 4 cloves, ginger small piece, red chillies 4, almonds 15, oil 3 tablespoon, tomato puree 1 cup, red cilly powder 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp, dry fenugreek powder (kasuri methi) 1 tbsp & salt to taste.
Method: Grind red chillies, almonds, onions & ginger in to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add the ground paste & saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomato puree salt & continue to saute for a couple of minutes. Add red chilly powder, cumin powder & coriander powder & saute till oil begins to leave the masala. Add sliced baby corn, paneer pieces, garam masala powder & mix well. Cover & cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Roast kasuri methi & sprinkle over the gravy.
