Recipe: 1 Pav raw rice, 1/2 cup beaten rice, 1/2 cup coconut gratings, jaggery (according to your taste), 2 tsp cardamom powder 4 tbsps milk, a few raisins, 8 to 10 cashew nuts & salt.
Method: Soak rice in water for an hour. Grind it with coconut gratings and beaten rice smoothly. While taking out, add jaggery & salt & grind for 2 minutes. Mix powdered cardamom, cashew nuts & raisins with batter & bring it to the consistency of idli batter. Pour milk & 1 tsp curd over it & keep aside overnight. Next day beat d batter well & prepare Idlis.
